Portuguese filigree items are now marked by the Portuguese Assay Office.

The INCM Assay Office assumes the exclusive role of affixing the filigree certification mark in accordance with the certification procedures established by A.CERTIFICA, thereby increasing the value of certified products, ensuring greater safety and security in the process of purchasing filigree products, and strengthening the status of filigree as an intangible cultural heritage .

To this end, Contrastaria Portuguesa has released new exclusive dies bearing the Portuguese Filigree Certification Mark with a slightly updated design.

The new brand is valid from March 21, 2024.
