Portuguese Filigree in Japan

Portuguese filigree will be presented at Expo Osaka in Japan on June 30 and July 1, 2025, in an event organized by the Municipality of Gondomar in collaboration with Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal (TPNP) and AICEP, the Portuguese Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade. The exhibition will feature the world premiere of the "Filigrana Flower". A huge filigree flower designed by JSoares Jewelry. The event will be accompanied by a demonstration of the work of Portuguese artisans who will demonstrate the traditional filigree technique. In addition to the exhibition itself, the program will also include a culinary moment. There will be a tasting of the "Filigrana D'Ouro Gourmet", a product made of dark chocolate (71%) with an edible 23-carat gold heart, the symbol of Gondomar, the jewelry capital of Portugal.
